Talk Title:

High(er) Viscosity Aqueous Inkjet Inks

Innovations in high(er) viscosity inks for inkjet printing are pivotal for expanding the range of printable materials and advancing the overall technology. Such inks provide significant benefits, including improved color density, faster drying times, and superior retention on porous surfaces. However, their development and application present challenges such as temperature sensitivity, printhead clogging, and open time issues. This presentation will delve into strategies for balancing the formulation and performance of these inks, highlighting key factors to ensure they are fit for their intended purposes.
